1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ByeBroker!, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ByeBroker! for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ByeBroker! website
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Zero Brokerage Policy

ByeBroker! operates on a zero brokerage model where property owners and tenants/buyers can connect directly without paying brokerage fees. We facilitate connections but do not charge commission from either party for successful transactions.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for keeping your account information up to date.

5. Property Listings

Users may list properties for rent or sale. All listings must be accurate and truthful. ByeBroker! reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or contains false information.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use ByeBroker! for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use ByeBroker! in any way that could damage the platform or impair anyone else's use of ByeBroker!.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the ByeBroker! platform.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on ByeBroker! are provided on an 'as is' basis. ByeBroker! makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall ByeBroker! or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use ByeBroker!, even if ByeBroker! or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
